By placing an order on VoltMart you agree to these terms. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
Products are described as accurately as possible; minor variations in color or appearance may occur. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer in the United Kingdom under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
We collect only the personal information required to process your order: name, delivery address, email, phone number and payment details. Payment information is processed securely by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.
We do not sell your data to third parties. You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support@voltmart.shop. We comply with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, email support@voltmart.shop with your order number.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item. Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items; otherwise the customer covers return postage.
We deliver to all United Kingdom addresses. Standard delivery is free and takes 3–7 business days from dispatch. Orders placed before 3pm GMT are usually dispatched the same business day.
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If your parcel has not arrived within 10 business days, please contact us.
